I've never worked with tools much so I was a little nervous about ordering your kit. But I read the instructions and was able to refill my cartridge with no problem. This actually works. I used to pay $32.00 for a refill cartridge. Now its about $5.00.
Just wanted to tell you that since using your refill for my Xerox printer, it works better than ever-don't know why. Plus your ink does not smear. The Xerox ink smeared even when dry. Thanks for your product.
